Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken
1 tbsp coconut oil
fresh grated ginger (to taste)
2-3 c spinach
1 large onion
2-3 c cauliflower
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp cayenne
dash of sea salt
dash of pepper
I stir fried some ground chicken in coconut oil along with the cauliflower, spinach, onion and dry spices. This actually had really good flavor. I think the fresh ginger is a real plus if you have it. Don't skimp, your worth it!
