Kale Chips


Ingredients:
  • Kale
  • Olive Oil
  • sea salt
  • garlic powder
Prep:
  1. Wash and dry kale
  2. place on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil
  3. season with salt, pepper and garlic powder
  4. give it a good toss around to coat
  5. Bake in a single layer at 325 degrees for 12-14 minutes
Crispy, tasty and healthy. My kids think I’ve officially lost my mind.
I don’t care :)
