banana protein pancake
You will need:
1/2 banana (mashed)
1/4 cup egg whites
2 tbsp. almond milk
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
Cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. milled flaxseed
mix all together
