2 bananas
1 egg
1 tbs cinnamon
 tbs baking powder
2 scoop protein powder
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla essence


YUMMY just perfect no need or honey or agave nectar :


1 scoop protein powder
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 banana
cinnamon
