Salad & Rack of Lamb (both w/Del Mano's Shadon Beni Pesto). 

Salad ingredients are all local - cucumber, tomatoes and feta cheese (from Goat Dairy Orange Hill Nature Ranch).

The rack of lamb was marinated in Shadon Beni Pesto, pan-seared and then finished off in the oven. The lamb was not local :(
